You will receive an email from us with the redemption codes for your surprise audiobooks. You will also receive individual emails from Libro.fm with your redemption codes. 

Giving an Audiobook Surprise Bundle as a gift? Provide the gift recipient’s email, reading tastes, and who we should say it’s from, and we’ll email them their codes and a gift PDF.

After purchasing, please allow 24 hours for your bundle to arrive. If you purchase Friday - Sunday, please allow up to 72 hours for your bundle to arrive, given Keila’s schedule and our business hours (we are closed on Sundays).

Please note that Audiobook Surprise Bundles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The surprise is the best part! If you receive an audiobook you’ve already listened to, you can forward it to a friend.
